《数学物理方法》,《材料力学》,《材料分析测试技术》,《工程材料与热处理》。

研究方向

1、低功耗逻辑器件:神经突触器件、量子反常霍尔器件;

2、高灵敏传感器件:磁敏器件、气敏器件。
